Quality is great for the cost of the amazing product. I find the volcano design much cuter and more appealing than other more popular versions of this ; but I use it pretty much every time I microwave food (very sensitive to smells).- all you need is vinegar , water & lemon juice - simple & super effective !
When I first decided to purchase this item, I was really questioning whether it would really work or not. I used it immediately upon receiving it. I couldn’t believe my eyes—it does really work. However, I must warn you that you can really smell the vinegar while using it. I would buy it again though just because of how well it works.
While I've seen similar products. This one has enough volume to steam clean largest microwaves in most homes at around 1.5 to 2.5 cubic ft of space. This can get the most dirty microwaves clean with repeated usage to blast tough "nuked" food that has been there for days and in some cases weeks. The steam cleaning is the least chemically aggressive cleaning method with white vinegar and filtered water (don't use regular tap water due to minerals). The unit can be repeated re-heated and refilled without excessive wear. Follow the directions and it works great. Used to clean up the microwave on a weekly basis to keep it looking. Remember to use gloves while handling the product as there is steam and hot water inside.
I needed to clean my microwave. I bought it and used it. All I had to do was use a paper towel and it was spotless.
This volcano left my microwave sparkly clean! It’s so easy to use. Just add water and vinegar, turn on your microwave for about 7-8 minutes and wipe it out. I insist on food covers in the microwave; however there are times when teens don’t listen or they microwave food that they have to “peel back” the film on the product and food escapes. Don’t worry because this volcano has your back! I use it every other day now...just to ensure that my microwave stays clean.
